IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: East 30th St and Dean Ave
It’s the FINAL weekend of the Fall Faire at the Des Moines Renaissance Faire at Sleepy Hollow!
Mother Nature has blessed us with rain this week, and we are working diligently with all of the puddles she left us. Parking has been adjusted so that our guests may have the best experience possible and not be stranded in mud!
Please read carefully…
** VIP Parking will be on site at 4051 Dean Ave. These tickets are sold online only with limited availability. If they do not show as an option when purchasing tickets, they are sold out.
** Handicap parking with permits will be on site at 4051 Dean Ave.
** General Admission parking will be at the Iowa State Fairgrounds on the corner of East 30th St. and Dean Ave. The parking area is only 1.4 miles from Sleepy Hollow.
** We will chauffeur our guests with brightly painted buses to the Renaissance Faire! (It’s more fun with color!)
** There is a drop off / pick up area at the Ren Faire (4051 Dean Ave) if you would like someone to drop you off and pick you up.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
* Look for large signs with “Ren Faire Parking" to find our lots (East 30th St & Dean Ave)
* Pick Up / Drop Off location will be near the State Fair Volunteer Check In. The building is blue and on the corner lot at E. 30th St & Dean Ave. (See pic)
* Security will be monitoring the parking area.
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
* Buses will pick up guests beginning at 9:15 am on Saturday and Sunday (19-20th)
* Buses will drop off guests at the front gate area of the Ren Faire.
* Buses will run from 9:15 am until all guests have exited the ren faire in the evening.
* Buses will run continuously throughout the day.
* Buses will run AFTER the Cannon Ball to return those guests to their vehicles.
